At CAS DEIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed garments in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CAS DEIA box or bag, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
